Friday, Mar 30 – Big Band Theory

This is the moment when theory becomes practice. This is the debut of Big Band Theory.  The premise is simple: you put the most talented jazz’ers together in rehearsal and wait for an explosion of sound.

Paul Ellingham on trombone was a catalyst for the ensemble. Saxophonist and singer Robin Habermehl leads the group musically. Here’s that saxophone sing in Traffic Jam.

From the danceable swing music of Benny Goodman’s Orchestra to the extraordinary contemporary sound of the Big Phat Band of L.A., K-W’s all new Big Band Theory will not fail to impress audiences with their high energy and quality musical show.

The cover charge will be $20 and proceeds will be shared by the band and the club for the purchase of additional sound equipment for the continuation of great jazz music!
