Mary-Catherine Quartet

February 15, 2014 @ 7:30 am – 10:30 am

Mary-Catherine McNinch-Pazzano is a talented graduate of the UW music program, and an up and comer on the Canadian music scene. Her true love is jazz, but also sings classical rep and has been a member of the award winning DaCapo Chamber Choir.  She is a versatile and expressive singer with true musical instincts.

Mary-Catherine has a special Valentine’s Day performance in store as she and her band explore love in its various forms—drawing some new rep from the Great American Songbook. The first set will explore the exciting feelings of first love and infatuation. The second set will focus on lost love or troubled romance. The final set will celebrate enduring love! What better night for a lovefest?  Look for standards by Duke Ellington, Harburg/Arlen, Rodgers/Hart, Jobim, and more!
