The Jazz Room welcomes back to our stage three dynamic musicians who have graced our stage previously, performing together here for the first time, premiering a new show that highlights the musicians and artists who inspired their own musical journeys – from the genres of Soul, R&B and beyond.
“Because of Her” is an intimate evening of music honouring the women who shaped the sound of generations. Through three distinct voices, the show weaves original songs inspired by iconic female artists alongside reimagined covers of their work spanning eras and genres. Celebrating the women who shaped the sound and the artists who carry it forward.
