The soul in jazz comes to Waterloo with Bonnie’s luring vocal lead…
Bonnie Brett “has become one of Toronto’s most respected jazz vocalists admired as a singer of power and finesse who swings hard.”
Her tantalizing recording of Comes Love is full of dark colors and candid lines. This work personifies her musical collaboration with the Mark Eisenman Trio.
Her gift as a musician is coupled with depth that draws on her PhD studies and her work on faculty at York University.
This gifted quartet features Mark Eisenman on piano, Neil Swainson‘s bass, and John Sumner on the set.
